No. It cannot access accounts, orders, payments, addresses, or shipping information. Never place private or payment information in the chat.
What are the shipping and return policies?

How should I care for a locket?

Are the products customizable?
The design studio now lets you choose a photographed locket and preview arrangements of one to eight sample charm shapes. The sample shapes are for spacing only; actual charm photographs, SKUs, prices, measurements, and availability will be published before ordering opens.
