Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of mrsgoodaleslivinglockets.com (the “Site”), operated under the name Mrs. Goodale’s Living Lockets (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Store preview and future orders
Preview-only shopping features
Product cards, concept images, shopping-bag status, and other store content are currently provided for preview and planning. The Site does not presently accept products into the bag, purchases, or payment information.
Product information
The named products and images now shown are preview concepts. SKUs, prices, inventory, materials or finishes, dimensions, included charms, final photographs, and descriptions have not been confirmed. These details will be published and checked before ordering opens. Screen and device settings can also affect how colors appear.
When checkout opens
Before accepting an order, the Site will present the then-current price, taxes, shipping charges, estimated fulfillment information, cancellation terms, return policy, and any product-specific conditions. An order will not be accepted until the secure checkout confirms acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory, and will provide any required refund.

Locket Guide
Locket Guide is an automated artificial-intelligence assistant intended to help visitors understand product information published on the Site. Its responses may be incomplete or mistaken and are not a guarantee, professional advice, or a substitute for the final information displayed at checkout.
- Do not submit payment, identity, contact, account, address, or order information.
- The assistant cannot access customer accounts, orders, payments, or shipment status.
- Confirm important product, price, policy, and availability details on the Site before relying on a response.
- We may limit or suspend automated chat access to protect the Site and control misuse.
See the Privacy Policy for details about how chat messages are processed.
04

- use automated means to scrape, overload, or copy the Site except as permitted by law;
- submit malicious code, unlawful content, or information that violates another person’s rights; or

Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, logos, artwork, photographs, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Mrs. Goodale’s Living Lockets and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site does not transfer any ownership rights.

Legal terms
Third-party services and links
The Site depends on third-party hosting and AI services and may link to other websites. Future checkout may also use third-party commerce and payment providers. Their own terms and privacy notices govern their services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the preview Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not exclude warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including non-waivable consumer protections.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the preview Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Site operator is established, without overriding any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence. A specific business jurisdiction and dispute process will be stated before the Site begins accepting orders.
06
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the store opens, services change, or legal and operational requirements develop. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision. Material terms for a purchase will be those presented when that purchase is made.
Current help options and store-status information are available in the Support Center. A verified direct support address and business mailing information will be published before checkout opens.
